full body check-up

Hari sabtu dulu me and hubby did a full body check up at a clinic that don't have too many patients. the process took about 1-2 hours so if you wanna do check up, its best to choose clinics with less patients. "Why not Pathlab or anything similar? why i chose clinic?"
Its because doctors are available in clinics, not in labs and we can get detail explanation and advices directly from doctors.

The doctor did ask me and my hubby why we suddenly wanted to do this because normally people will do full body check up if there's something came up. Well... like any other 'budak-budak' zaman sekarang.. we always eat during midnight and sometimes after midnight, especially near to our sleeping time which is very very bad for our health so sendiri mau ingatla kan... kena la check our health once in a while to ensure we don't suddenly get critical diseases or suddenly kena heart attack.

Me and hubby siap compare lagi sape punya kolesterol lagi tinggi, sape punya gula lagi tinggi.. hahaha.. but that is to encourage ourselves to go on diet. so, lets take care of our health now before its too late...

it has been almost 3 years!

OMG! all of a sudden i got really inspired by Awang Goneng to blog again.. after almost 3 years of being idle di alam maya.. quite active in FB, itupun aku started facebooking in mid of 2009.
AG said he blog and blook (pls Google if u don't understand) because he wanted his children to know his childhood experience in Trengganu.
To be honest, the book Growing Up in Trengganu is really a very good book. to a 'mek ganu' like me, all the stories in the book made me feel like Trengganu is calling me to come home and reminisce each moment we had in this unique and fascinating town.
i hope i can continue blogging, in my own way and in my own style.

believe it or not, on the day Ki admitted to hospital due to stroke, i was looking at these pics and at that time i had a sad feeling when looking at his pic - in the evening, when i got the sms from Kak Gha about Ki, i remembered i was just thinking about Ki in the morning!

Apih said he dreamt someone admitted to hospital a week b4 Ki had stroke, but he was not sure who was it in the dream..

when ki admitted to hospital due to stroke, we realized what happened on hari Raya was actually a sign that someone from that house will leave us soon...

not sure if syndrome yg melanda faris sejak akhir2 ni also happened to other babies (i think all mommies in the world must have the same problem).. nak tau syndrome apa? syndrome TAK NAK!

of all the words yg kita ajar anak2 kita mesti this perkataan yg paling diorng suka sebut (or is it Faris only?)

"faris mandi nak?" "NANAK!!" (means taknak)
"faris salin pampers" "NANAK!!"
"faris minum susu" "NANAK!!"
"faris meh mkn nasik" "NANAK!!"
"faris jom naik car" "NANAK!!"
"faris jom tido, dah lewat" "NANAK, NANAK, NANAK!!"

semuala tak nak... one day mama nak ambik video faris and tanya these questions and bila besar nanti mama nak tunjuk balik as a proof!

"faris besar nanti mama belikan kereta porche eh" (mesti dia jwb NANAK!!)

on my best birthday ever... 20th october 2008

my hubby mmg pandai buat 'kezutan'.. lagi surprise dari AF nyer kezutan..
since we got married, he always has full of ideas to surprise me.. masa anniversary or birthday or even the day i gave birth to Faris..
bunga ros mmg dah berjambak2 bagi kat mama, even masa mama balik from London, he was waiting for me with Faris and a bouquet of roses..
this year, for my birthday.. i didn't expect anything coz on my birthday tu faris baru je discharged from SJMC so takdelah nak celebrate happening sgt besides, a day before that kami buat open house so kira birthday party sekali laa...

right after we left SJMC, mama found a card and a small rectangular gift box kat compartment kereta.. so, i read the card in front of him and kept on asking my hubby
"apa ni? apa dlm kotak ni?" "nampak kecik jer ni" (punya la jahat bini comment hadiah laki dia kecik)

i was sooooooooo surprised to see iPod Nano! although it was not in my wish list and dgn masa yg selalu busy takde masa nak layan iPOD punya, tapi mama HAPPY GILOS jugak!!! mama smile sampai ke telinga!

(lepas ni boleh la ku usyar iPhone pulak utk match dgn iPod nih.. hehehehehehe (sambil gelak setan) )

one mission accomplished

dlm mama nyer short term goal list ada pasal nak beli leather sofa baru.. before raya dah order, today baru dpt.. fuhh.. sungguh lega...

2-2 hujung sofa ada recliner.. agar penontonan TV lebih mantap dan gemilang sekali..

kat tgh2 ada tpt letak gelas.. kagum gak aku dgn kecanggihan sofa dari kedai 'ah chong' ni..

my tiny weenie living room.. sila ampunkan cara ikatan langsir yg tak senonoh tu.. kalau Eric Leong nampak mesti kena kutuk kaw2

MELAKA 11 Okt. — Penganugerahan Darjah Mulia Seri Melaka (DMSM) yang membawa gelaran Datuk kepada pelakon Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan adalah berdasarkan sumbangannya mempromosi negeri ini melalui filem lakonannya yang ditonton jutaan peminat seluruh dunia, kata Ketua Menteri Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam.

Beliau berkata Shah Rukh Khan pernah datang ke Melaka membuat penggambaran filemnya bertajuk “One Two Ka Four” di A Famosa Resort, Alor Gajah beberapa tahun lepas.

ke mana?? takde mana2, nak lari dari topik jer..

topik yg paling takde kena mengena dgn raya tapi kena mengena dgn kerja mama.. the wallstreet crisis has actually impacted mama's daily work at the office. kerja dgn international bank tambah pulak mmg kitaorg byk deal dgn foreign banks in the US, mmg the crisis in US affected our workloads.. on the day Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy, we had to produce a report to ensure all transactions that relates to Lehman Bros has its solution and sampai la ni kene monitor all the transactions.

Byk lagi bank-bank kat US are going to collapse just like Lehman... Bear Sterns mmg dah collapse, Merrill Lynch dah ranap jugak rasanya, AIG lagila tp dgr citer Federal Reserve inject dana besar-besaran kat situ. Latest is Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley..

mama is praying very hard semoga rezeki mama tidak goyah dgn macam2 krisis dlm dunia sekarang.. other people lost their jobs in a split second... manusia boleh merancang, Allah yg menentukan..

marilah kita sama-sama berjimat cermat dan jgn membazir di saat2 ekonomi tak berapa nak bagus ni.. insyaAllah..

yo yo ooorr ah mama ni kan.. ckp nak jimat cermat! sape yg baru jer beli set Herbalife yg beratus2 RM hampir cecah satu ribu tuh! hah? saper? saper?

raya lagi..

hari raya kembali lagi... tapi mama sgt ter gezut tgk diriku yg makin membulat dlm gambar! pegi beraya kat rumah kak mai ada plak penimbang berat dia letak kat tgh2 alam.. inilah objek yg paling mama pantang sekali..

selama ni mama perasan mama put on weight less than 10kg.. rerupanya 15kg! huuwwaaaaa.... tensen gilosss... sama berat masa mama tgh pregnant dulu!!

to whoever yg boleh menawarkan produk Herbalife yg paling efektif utk diriku, paling cepat and senang nak beli, silalah contact mama faris dgn kadar yg segera.. haaa ni tawaran hebat ni! cepat2 agent Herbalife, rebutlah peluang cabaran menguruskan diriku...

mama punya mood pun 'bloated' demi menunjukkan betapa tension nyer berat badan naik mendadak nih.. tambah plak time raya camnikan.. makan sampai tak ingat!

yer.. aku mmg macam biskut chipsmore, kejap ada, kejap takde.. tapi ni bukan kejap lagi dah.. mmg berbulan jugakla menyepi.. wanna know why? simply BUSY! takde apa2 projek pun, busy gilos jer... abah pun gelakkan sbb dia kata aku pegi London hari tu bukan free jer.. balik London company mesti taruk staff punya! kerja macam org gila.. mmg pun. 12 hours a day tu normal la... lebih pun ada..

this Blog pun maybe need some rest (entries tak seberapa, dah nak rehat cit!) so I have to make another come back after Raya la kot.. tapi actually i'm still active in Fotopages.. macam2 citer ada!
